    A box of Quorn Naked Chicken Breast, defrosted and cut into chunks
    4 tbsp Iron Chef, General Tso Sauce
    1 Red Pepper (sweet) sliced into strips
    1 Yellow Pepper (sweet) sliced into strips
    1 Green Pepper (sweet) sliced into strips
    1 medium sweet onion sliced into strips
    1/2 cup of diced water chest nuts
    2 TBS of Whole Wheat Flour
    1 TBS Olive Oil,
    1/4 cup of crushed peanuts


in a ziplock bag combine the cut quorn "chicken" and the whole wheat flour. Shake well to toss.

In a large wok heat the olive oil and stir fry all ingredients, including the chicken, except the sauce and the peanuts. Stir fry under medium high heat until the vegetables are soft and the "chicken" crisp.

Add the sauce, mix well
Add the peanuts, mix

Makes 4 servings. Serve over brown rice or noodles (not included in the nutritional value)
