Ingredients

    1lb. Wegmans 90/10 Irradiated Ground Beef
    1 cup Wegmans Italian Classics Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/3 cup Kraft Grated Romano Cheese
    1/3 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp dried Parsley
    1 Tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    3 Grade A Large Eggs
    1/4 cup Whole Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a large cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat the 3 eggs. Then add all of the remaining ingredients and mix with hands. Divide mix into 18 meatballs and roll each of them approximately the size of a golf ball.
Place the meatballs on the cookie sheet and bake for approximately 35 - 40 minutes making sure to turn the meatballs once half way through the cooking time so they will get brown on all sides.

If making DMC's sauce, add the baked meatballs to the sauce (after sauce has cooked for 1 hour) and continue cooking 2 -3 more hours. This recipe makes 18 meatballs (9 servings of 2 meatballs each). Enjoy!
