    1.25 lbs of Ground Turkey, Lean, Jennie-O
    1/2 C. Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
    1/2 C. Non Fat Milk
    3/4 C. Oats, Old Fashioned
    1/2 C. Onions, Finely Chopped
    1/4 Tsp. Sage
    3/4 Tsp. Salt
    1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper, Ground
    4 Cloves of Garlic


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray with Olive Oil Cooking Spray a 8x4x2 glass baking pan or a loaf pan. Cook at 350 degrees to 1 hour.
