Great with spaghetti, for subs or sandwhiches & even great by themselves as a meal.

My favorite is with a bit of sauce topping some cottage cheese!!

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1.5 Lbs lean ground beef (95-5)
    1 serving (prepared as directed on bottle) of Tastefully Simple Tomato & Garlic pesto - (need olive oil & water)
    1\8 cup of whole wheat flour
    1 egg
    parmesan cheese to taste (i use 1 heaping tbsp)
    oregano to taste

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400F

Make Tastefully Simple pesto - as directed on bottle

Mix all remaining ingredients together

Add pesto and mix well

shape into 16 'meatballs' and bake for 10 minutes, Flip meatballs over and bake additional 10 minutes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure meatballs are done, should read 160F
