    Lean ground turkey, 20 oz
    1 C. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1 large potato
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. 2% shredded colby jack cheese
    1-2 T. Bisto gravy granules


Brown onion and ground turkey. Drain. Add carrots and cook 3-4 minutes or until slightly softened. Add frozen peas, gravy granules and about 1/2 cup water. Simmer about 10 minutes until thickened.

While the meat mixture is simmering, boil the potatoe and cauliflower. Mash with about 1/2 c. skim milk (or to the texture you desire). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer meat mixture to a casserole dish and top with mashed potato& cauliflower mixture. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until nicely browned on top.
