    3 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
    24 oz pasta
    2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp butter, unsalted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 cup chicken broth
    juice of one lemon
    1/2 cup parsley, chopped


cooked pasta, al dente

heat skillet add 1 tbsp ofevoo and chicken cook until lightly browned

remove chicken from pan and return pan to medium heat
add 1 tbsp evoo, butter, onion and garlic. saute' 3 minutes

whisk in broth and lemon juice and reduce for a minute

add parsley

add chicken and cooked/drained pasta
