Introduction

Chili Chili
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground Beef, 2 can's pinto beans, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 packet of chili seasoning

Directions

Brown ground beef (1.5 lbs) and rinse off with hot water in a colander. Place meat back in pot and add 1 McCormick (or other brand) "chili" season packet, and remainder of ingredients. Add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover & simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 1.5-cup servings.

*By following this same recipe and adding a can of corn and substituting the "chili" season packet with a "taco" season packet, viola you now have Taco Soup!
