Introduction

Something different and yummy. Teen agers love it. Something different and yummy. Teen agers love it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 garlic clove minced
    1/2 large onion chopped
    2 cups mushrooms chopped
    2 oranges peeled and chopped
    2 cups kidney beans
    4 tsp olive oil
    4 sm turkey breast fillets chopped
    8 tbsp fat free sour cream
    8 wholewheat sm dempsters tortillas

Directions

Using a large skillet, heat oil and add minced garlic and chopped turkey fillets. When turkey is about half way cooked add in mushrooms, kidney beans, onion, and chopped and peeled oranges. Cook until turkey and onions are done.
In microwave heat the 8 tortillas in between dampened papertowels for about 40 seconds Place two tortillas on each plate and divide the mixture between the 8 tortillas.
Add 1 Tbsp of fat free sour cream to each and enjoy!
