    *Corn grits, polenta, Red Mill, dry, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Butter, salted, .25 cup (remove)


Spray crock w/nonstick spray. Add all ingredients & turn on low for 6-8 hours. Remove lid for last 30 minutes if excess condensation forms.

Serve as desired.

Makes 12 1/2 cup servings

BTW, I don't know if the butter qualifies this as 'vegetarian' but they don't give you enough catagory options
