    Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Onion, chopped fine, 1 cup
    Celery chopped fine, .5 cup
    Garlic Cloves minced, 2
    Groun Cumin .75 tsp
    Chili Powder 1.5 tsp
    Red Bell Pepper, chopped fine, .5 cup
    Green Bell Pepper, chopped fine, .5 cup
    Pico de Gallo aka Authentic Mexican Salsa, .75 cup
    Frozen pie crust, 4 piece (1/8 of 9" crust)
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup
    Egg White beaten 1


Preheat oven to 425.

Heat a large skillet over nedium high heat. Add ground tury and cook 5 minutes, stirring to crumble. Add onion,celery and garlic; continue to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until onions are translucent.

Add spices and cook for 1 minute to bring out the flavors in the spices. Add chopped peppers; continue to cook 1 minute. Remove mixture from heat and stir in salsa.

Unroll crust and cut 4 circles to fit oven safe ramekins.

Fill ramekins equally with turkey mixture and top with crust. Brush with beaten egg white and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
