A delicious recipe my granny use to make on the stove top,but I always cook in crockpot it is YUMMY. A delicious recipe my granny use to make on the stove top,but I always cook in crockpot it is YUMMY.

Ingredients

    3-3 1/2 pound bottom round beef roast
    about 15 potatos
    1 med. onion

    optional:
    salt, garlic,other spices

    can also add carrots celery etc...

Directions

put roast, onions , potatos in crockpot fill with water...
(optional add spices), let cook for about 8 hours


if on stove top add all ingredients fill with water cook for 6-8 hours.
