    12 won ton wraps
    10.5 slices cook turkey bacon
    1/4 cup of skim milk
    8 med eggs
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    1 stick Sargento pepper jack cheese
    salt/pepper to taste


Use a 12 cup non-stick muffin pan, place one won ton wrap in each cup; spray stone muffin pan. Crumb turkey bacon and place alittle into each cup. Mix next 3 ingredients together and spoon into each muffin cup. Cut cheese stick in 12 even pieces and place one in each cup. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Add more cheese as desired or sprinkle your favorite shredded cheese on top.
