A different twist on the chicken salad sandwich. A different twist on the chicken salad sandwich.

    Canned Chicken, 2 can (5 oz) cans, drained
    *Raisins, Sun-Maid Natural California .25 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) diced
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Red seedless Grapes, .5 cup, halved
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 5 tbsps
    Bread, Wheat, 16 slices
    8 Lettuce leafs
    8 Tomato slices


Mix chicken, raisins, celery, curry powder, grapes, and Light mayo in a bowl. Divide mixture between 8 slices of wheat bread. Add a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato to each sandwich and top with the remaining slices of bread. Enjoy!

  • Loved this chicken salad..very flavorful..I added 2 TBL of plain yogurt to make it a little more creamy...then put it on whole wheat tortilla's - - 7/2/11
