    2 C. lima beans (the large white kind), soaked overnight and then boiled until soft
    1/2 C. bean liquid from cooking
    1/4 C. sundried tomatoes (dry, not packed in oil)
    2 Tbs. tahini
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. dill weed, dried
    1 tsp. salt


Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Makes 16 servings, 1/4 cup each
