    2 cans (198 g) canned salmon, no oil/no skin, drained
    1 large celery stalk, minced
    4 green onions, chopped or 1/4 c. minced raw onion
    1/4 c. egg substitute (Best of Egg)
    1 T. snipped fresh dill (7 sprigs)
    1/2 c. Fiber One


Mash salmon in bowl. Add in and mix well celery, onion, egg and dill. Form into 4 large patties or 12 small ones. Place Fiber One on wax paper and roll croquettes in it.

Can eliminate oil and bake (larger croquettes work better), or can use oil and "fry" in skillet (smaller croquettes work better).
