    1/2 cup Onion
    1 tsp Garlic, minced
    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    14 ozs Stewed Tomato
    1 tsp ground Cumin
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1 Tbs chili Powder
    4 oz diced Green Chilies
    8 oz Tomato Sauce
    2 Cups chicken, cooked and shredded
    2 Cups Jack Cheese, grated
    4 - 6 inch Flour Tortillas


Saute oil, onions and garlic till tender, stir in remaining ingredients except for the cheese and tortillas. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.

In a greased casserole dish layer 1 tortilla, 1 cup of chicken mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat layers till all ingredients are used.

Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
