    12 Cup White Bread, cubed
    2 Tbs Butter
    1 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
    1 Cup Onion, chopped
    2 Tbs Water
    1 Tbs Sugar
    2 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
    3/4 tsp Dried Basil
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1 Cup Chicken Broth
    1 Egg


Place bread on a baking sheet and bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

Melt butter in pan on medium; add celery, onion and water. Cover and reduce heat and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and next 5 ingredients.

Combine bread, celery mixture, broth and egg; stir well. Put in a greased casserole dish and bake uncovered at 325 for 35 minutes.
