Delicious as an appetizer ar as a main dish served over lemon linguine. Delicious as an appetizer ar as a main dish served over lemon linguine.
Number of Servings: 4


    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    juice of 2 large lemons
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
    3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    1 lb large or extra large shrimp, raw, peiled and deviened


Combine first seven ingredients and mix well. Place shrimp in a large ziplock bag and pour marinade over. Marinate in fridge for 6 - 8 hrs. Pour into baking dish with marinade and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until shrimp done. (You can also saute on stove top and reduce sauce then serve with toothpicks, or thread shrimp on skewers before marinating and cook on medium grill, basting with sauce.)
