    2 1/2 Lbs Round Steak
    4 Garlic cloves, minced
    2 cups Burgundy wine
    10 oz can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    10 oz can Beef Consomme
    1 envelope Onion Recipe Soup Mix
    6 cups sliced Mushrooms
    1 Onion, chopped
    3 Tbs Flour
    1/2 cup water
    6 cups egg noodles, cooked
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 cup Low Fat Sour Cream


Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray and brown meat on all sides and then put it into a large casserole dish along with the next 7 items.

Mix flour and water then add it to the casserole dish. Cover and cook 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Toss the cooked noodles with cheese and sour cream and serve with steak mixture.
