Buck Blueberry Pie - 2 Pies Buck Blueberry Pie - 2 Pies
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Filling:
    Blueberries, fresh, 8 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Butter, salted, .16 cup

    Crust:
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Butter, salted, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup

Directions

Mix Crust ingredients, add enough cold water to form dough. Roll into 2 bottom crusts and lattice strips for two tops.

Combine blueberries and filling ingredients and then add to unbaked shells; top with lattice strips.

Bake 350 for at least an hour.
