    1 Medium Banana
    1 C Skim Milk
    1/2 C Sugar & Fat Free Yoghurt (any flavour)
    1/4 C Fresh or frozen strawberries
    1Tblsp Ground Flaxseed


Makes one serving.
Mash banana first with food processor or blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
