    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into 1 inch cubes
    1 bag frozen broccoli chopped
    1/4 cp chopped green onions or scallions
    2 tbsp canola or other oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

    2 cups precooked Minute rice


heat oil in large skillet or wok
add chopped chicken and begin to cook
add soy sauce, green onions, and broccoli after chicken is half cooked
cover with lid and allow to steam until chicken is done

add precooked minute rice for last 3 minutes just to heat through. Serve immediately
