    Garlic powder, 0.13 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 225 grams
    Carrots, raw, 105 grams
    Potato, raw, 297 grams
    Jennie-O Turkey Kielbasa, 10.25 oz
    Portabella Mushrooms, 194 grams


Chop all vegetables & sausage approximately the same size. Toss in a bowl with the oil, pepper and garlic. You can add any other veggies, herbs and seasonings you like. Spread on a baking sheet lined with foil, bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Then broil for 2-5 minutes, making sure the veggies don't burn. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt for a wonderful burst of flavor.
