Ingredients

    4 slices of low carb bread
    1 serving, (1 oz) of cream cheese
    2 tablespoons low glycemic strawberry jam
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup low carb "milk," cream or half and half

Directions

Mix eggs and "milk" in a bowl
spread cream cheese and jam onto 2 slices pf bread.
top each slice with the 2 remaining slices of bread.
Coat each "sandwhich" with egg/milk mixture and brwn on a griddle or fry in oil.
