Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 Box of Penne Pasta
    3/4 Jar of Prego Traditional Sauce
    3 Hot Italian Sausage Links
    1 can of sliced black olives
    1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)

Directions

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Boil pasta
-Fry sausage in a skillet and cut into 1/2 inch rounds
-When pasta is cooked, strain and put back in original pot, add sauce, sausage, and olives. Stir.
-Coat sides and bottom of rectangle glass dish with a 1/2 cup of sauce
-Add pasta/sausage/olive mixture to dish
-Cover top of dish with mozzarella cheese
-Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted/browned on top.
-Enjoy!

    I am making my version of this tomorrow night for dinenr! It will not have the black olives in it though! Oh yeah and I am using the garden vegetable pasta! - 1/29/12
