My own twist on the green monster smoothies My own twist on the green monster smoothies
Number of Servings: 2


    2 cups of spinach (steamed)
    1 medium/large banana (fresh)
    1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen(
    1 cup milk (skim milk used for nutritional calculations)
    1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 cup ice


Steam 2 cups of spinach, and cut one banana into several pieces

Place spinach and banana into a blender with all other ingrediants. Blend on highest setting until smooth.

Pour and enjoy!
