Number of Servings: 4


    3 carrots sliced
    2 TBS butter or margerine (I use country crock churn style)
    2 TBS brown sugar
    3/4 TSP dried dill (or 1 1/2 TSP fresh)
    1/2 TSP salt
    1/2 TSP pepper


Place carrots in skillet and put in just enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until water evaporates (or until carrots are tender. (drain off excess water if needed)
Stir in remaining ingredients.
