This recipe was okay, and very filling. It has lasted nearly 3 days. We are still eating out of the same dish, and should complete it today. I would recommend this recipe to everyone. Have a great Sunday !! - 9/20/09

    Very Good
Great recipe! I have found that this is at least 6 servings of rice. I placed the ingredients in a large cassarole dish and used 6 chicken breasts to cover the rice mix. It worked out very well. - 9/19/09
