    3 - 8 oz blocks cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 eggs
    15 vanilla wafers
    optional topping


Place cookies flat side down in a paper lined muffin cup. Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar- beating until well blended. Then add the eggs and mix just until blended- do NOT overbeat. Pour over wafers in cup. Top with fresh fruit, pie filling, or enjoy plain. Top after cooling. Bake for 30 minutes at 325

  • I was shocked when I saw the nutritional facts on this recipe!
    It must be for the whole recipe, but still seems like a lot of calories and etc. I have not made it and probably won't cuz of the nutritional facts, scares me.
