    2lb roast
    2.5 lb potatoes, peeled and sliced or diced
    2 medium onions, diced
    half a pound baby carrots
    one large can or 3 small cans of mushroom pieces
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1/2 tsp cumin powder


add all ingredients to crock pot, cover with water, and cook 4 hours, or til roast is browned all the way through. makes 10 servings.
