    4 Tsp of Olive Oil
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    113 gr of Tre Stelle Light Feta Cheese Shredded
    2 - 11 or 12oz Skinless & Boneless Turkey breasts
    or 4 - 6 oz Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breasts
    1 Fresh package of Spinach


Saute garlic in large frying pan until smells sweet, about 30 seconds, add spinach & stir just till wilted & no liquid. Remove from pan & wipe pan with paper towel.

Make a pocket in each breast. Combine spinach mixure & cheese together. Place mixture in each breast & close with toothpicks.

Place breats in frying pan to brown nicely on each side. Place in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes or until juices run clear.


P.S. - Cheese can be substituted for light mozzarela or goat cheese
