    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1 TBSP toffutti cream cheese (spread on toast)
    1/3 cup plain cooked lentils
    1 slice veggie mozzerella cheese
    1/2 cup shredded romaine
    1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
    2 TBSP Italian Dressing(pour over all)


Cook Lentils with a little salt till soft.
