Makes about 3 Cups of saad. Serving size is a 1/2 cup. Makes about 3 Cups of saad. Serving size is a 1/2 cup.

    2 whole hard boiled eggs
    4 hard boiled egg whites
    1 med. celery stalk, finely chopped
    1 tbsp Best Foods Light Mayonnaise
    dash of pepper


Hard boil 6 egg. Chop 2 whole eggs. Remove yolks from other 4 hard boiled eggs. dispose of yolks. Dice onion and celery. Add Mayo and stir together until well mixed.
