Ingredients

    1 lb stewing beef
    1 can low fat mushroom soup
    1 pouch dry onion soup mix
    1/2 cup water
    4 large red potatoes cut into cubes
    1/2 lb baby carrots
    1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions

brown stewing beef for about 2 minutes, the place beef in the slow cooker on high. Add mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the meat and vegetables. Cook on high for about 4 hours.

Makes about 4- 1 cup servings
