Ingredients
-
0.5 Cup extra virgin Olive oil.
0.5 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.
8 good size garlic cloves
0.5 tbsp salt.
Directions
very simple, use 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil, mix with it 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Crush 8 good size cloves of garlic with 1/2 a tablespoon of salt.
and then put all ingredients in an old ketchup bottle, you'll end up with about 8 ounces, that u can keep refrigerated.
whenever u want to squeeze some on just about ANY vegetable, just leave it out for about 10 or 15 minutes so that the olive oil goes back to it's natural liquid state, and enjoy!!
you should get about 16-18 Tablespoons out of that. i consider 1 tablespoons a serving, it tastes strong enough, but that's just me!
