Ingredients

    2 28oz cans plum tomatoes, dices
    2 cup onion, dices
    1 cup celery, diced
    .5 cup green pepper, diced
    1 lb ground beef, lean
    3 cup total, mixed beans, including kidney
    1 can baked beans
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 T olive oil
    4 T chili powder
    S&P to taste

Directions

Brown onions and celery in olive oil.
Add meat and brown.
Mix together and put in crock pot set on High.
Add rest of ingredients and let simmer until dinner!
