Ingredients

    50gm Butter
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups milk
    1x onion diced
    1 310g whole kernal corn
    salt
    ground black pepper
    2x 310g cans smoked fish fillets

    Topping
    750g potatoes
    1 egg yolk
    1 cup grated cheese
    ground black pepper

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan, add curry powder and flour, cook 1min untill frothy. gradually add milk stiring well. bring to boil and simmer 5min.
Remove from heat and stir in onion, corn and fish.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Topping

Cook, drain and mash potaotes. All all othe ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 210 deg C for 25 - 35 min.

Serves 6 - 8.

    I love this recipe, really filling and satisfying. I usually add in a couple of sweet potatoes to the topping which just gives it a slightly different flavour. - 5/22/11

    Beautiful recipe, so simple to follow and make. I also added grated courgette into the recipe for extra greens and they blended so well, kids wouldn't know they're there! Yummy. Thank you - 3/18/10
