Delicious! I prefer to use a dry Marsala Wine, but a sweet one could be used. Delicious! I prefer to use a dry Marsala Wine, but a sweet one could be used.
Number of Servings: 4

1 Package thin sliced chicken breasts
    3 cloves of garlic
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoon butter
    1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms
    1 cup Marsala Wine

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, black pepper and oregano. Dredge moist chicken in the mixture to lightly coat.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken in the skillet for 2 minutes, or until lightly browned on one side. Turn chicken over and cook 2 minutes more. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add mushrooms and garlic to pan and saute, place chicken back in pan and pour in Marsala wine.
4. Cover skillet, and reduce heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
5. Serve chicken and mushroom sauce on cooked angel hair pasta.
