    1.5 cups sliced portabella mushroom
    1 cup sliced onions
    1 large red bell pepper, sliced
    .5 tablespoon of butter
    2.10 ozs. organic gouda cheese
    4 slices artisan wheat organic bread


heat oven to broil. Pan fry mushrooms, onions and peppers in butter. Lightly brown bread under broiler. When mushrooms mix is cooked add to bread and top with cheese. Put back under broiler until cheese melts. 2 servings.
