Yummy, sweet, filling, and healthy! A slightly gooey breakfast concoction that makes breakfast feel like a dessert. Yummy, sweet, filling, and healthy! A slightly gooey breakfast concoction that makes breakfast feel like a dessert.

Ingredients

    1 c Rice
    1/3 c Milk
    1 tbsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp Raisins, packed
    1 Egg White
    dash Cinnamon
    dash Ground Cloves

Directions

Cook rice. Add milk, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and cloves. Cook for an additional two minutes, or until milk is reduced (mostly absorbed) and simmering. Add egg white, quickly scramble in, and stir constantly for sixty seconds or until egg is fully cooked. Enjoy. :)
