Introduction

Ingredients

    3 lbs. small red potatoes
    6 garlic cloves
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1/3 cup 2% milk
    2 1/2 Tbs. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 cup chopped chives

Directions

Place potatoes and garlic in a dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Return potatoes and garlic to the pan and place over low heat. Add the sour cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash with a potato masher to desired consistency. Stir in chives.
