    Spinach, cooked, .25 cup
    Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp


Heat Olive Oil in a skillet and pour egg beaters in when set alittle add the spinach and feta cheese spread out on the egg and wait till the eat is set good and fold to take out
