Ingredients

    1lb Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    5 Thomas English Muffins (Original)
    1.5 Cup Light Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
    2 Cup Jewel Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    Dash of Italian Seasoning

Directions

Preheat an oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees
Brown ground turkey, add most of the spaghetti sauce (leave a little on the side for a topping later). Add as much Italian Seasoning as you desire and mix all of the ingredients in the pan. Let simmer while you cut all 5 english muffins in half.

Divide equally and put turkey mixture on each english muffin half. Top with some additional spaghetti sauce and spring mozzarella cheese over the top.

Place in toaster oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is browning.
