    1 lb Prawns
    1/4 C Butter
    5-7 Cloves Garlic
    1/4 C Ketchup
    1/4 C Brown Sugar
    1/4 C Soy Sauce
    1/2 C Sundried Tomatoes (dry)
    1/3 C H2O
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1-3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tsp Tabasco


Soak dried tomatoes in 1/3 C hot water and Balsamic vinegar. Let sit till softened.

Cook pasta till done

Melt butter in saute pan, add garlic and saute for a few minutes till softened.
Add all other ingredients EXCEPT prawns and pasta. Simmer till bubbly.

When Pasta is done drain and rince.

Add Prawns to bubbly sauce and cook till done # min each side.

Serve tossed with noodles or on top.

serves 4 (3/4 Cup pasta each)
