Introduction

This is a great side item with chicken or fish. You get good carbs and with a protein it makes for a super meal to build good lean muscles and burn off fat. These are the types of carbs you want to have at night! This is a great side item with chicken or fish. Ingredients

    2 tbsp of minced garlic
    15 oz can of white beans drained
    1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis
    1 chopped onion - small - if desired
    1 cup of Ragu Light Tomato Sauce
    1 tsp of EVOO

Directions

Sautee the garlic and onion in 1 tsp of EVOO. Add beans, sauce, and tomatoes to mixture. Cook until bubbly for about five minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta or protein. I like tilapia and chicken.
