    350 mls of water
    400 grams of mixed grain
    100 grams of wholemeal flour
    15 grams of wheat bran
    1 tablespoon of skimmed milk powder
    1.5 teaspoons of salt
    2 teaspoons of soft brown sugar
    25grams of butter
    1.5 teaspoons of fast-action driend yeast.


Place all ingredients into bread maker according to instructions of machine, or:
Pour in water, add flours, covering water. Add milk powder, salt and sugar into separate corners. Add diced butter. Make a hole in middle of ingredients and add yeast. Set bread maker to normal white bread setting. Or set on dough mixture and when finished put into loaf tin and let rise for 30 minutes then bake at 220 celsius for 15 minutes then reduce to 180 for last 15 minutes. Delicious!
