Introduction

Very easy low cal soup, made with mushrooms, onions, garlic and broth....what could be better!!! Very easy low cal soup, made with mushrooms, onions, garlic and broth....what could be better!!!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 med onions (335g total)
    1 bulb garlic (approx 10 cloves
    3 containers fresh mushrooms (228g each, 684 total g )
    6 beef boullion cubes
    12-14 cups water
    1T worchesterchire sauce
    .8 T of olive oil

Directions

put scant T olive oil into large soup pot, or dutch oven. Saute onions, until softened, add mushrooms, saute a few more minutes (5?), Add garlic, minced, saute a min or two, add worshestershire sauce, water, dissolved beef boullion cubes. Cover, simmer on low for an hour or two.
Makes at least 15 1 cup servings
