    1 lb large or extra large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1 packet Sazon Goya seasoning (found in ethnic food section)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp hot crushed peppers (or to taste)
    1/2 cup white wine


Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over med high heat.
Saute shrimp 1 - 2 minutes until they just start to turn pink. Add garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook and stri for another 1 minute. Add Goya seasoning and white wine, stir to combine. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 - 10 minute until suace reduces and begins to thicken slightly.
Makes 4 servings.

*I like to serve this over saffron yellow rice*
