    3 Lbs of chicken breast
    11/2 cups brown rice
    21/2 cups water
    3 peppers any color
    1 whole onion sliced and diced
    1 fajita packet
    1 taco packet

Directions

cut chicken into slices put in crock pot
cover with 1 seasoning mix
add peppers and onions
add rice and water
cover with seasoning mix
cook on high for 4 hours
