    8 0z. leftover roast or steak cut in cubes
    1 large onion, diced
    3 carrots, diced small
    1 celery stock, diced
    2 cans beef stock
    4 cups water
    1/4 - 1/2 cup pearl barley


Dice all ingredients and put in a soup pot. Add liquids and simmer over low heat until carrots are almost cooked.Approx. 1 hour Add barley and continue cooking until barley is cooked. About another 20 minutes.

Make 8 - 1 cup servings
